On 29 January 2025, the founding assembly of the association “Alumni of the Catholic Faculty of Theology in Đakovo” was held. This marked the formalization of the work of the Faculty Friends’ Community, an informal organization that had been bringing together former students of the Catholic Faculty of Theology in Đakovo since 2011. The establishment of the association arose from the need to enhance cooperation and opportunities for action, as well as to strengthen the connection between alumni and the Faculty.

The main goals of the newly established association include preserving and promoting the traditions and values of the Faculty, fostering community and cooperation in professional, ethical, and spiritual areas, and enhancing the Faculty’s reputation through diverse activities aimed at career support and the exchange of experiences. In this way, a broad platform is created for networking and support for all members of the association, while also contributing more prominently to the overall development of the wider community.

The association was entered into the Register of Associations on 28 February 2025.

Membership in the association is open to all who have completed a degree or a lifelong learning program at the Catholic Faculty of Theology in Đakovo.
